Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
Defective or Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a store credit
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
